Sunday 16 August: Doubleheader: Princeton 3, at Kingsport 2 (Game One); at Kingsport 4, Princeton 3 (Game Two, 8 Innings)

The P-Rays kept the Appalachian League's top hitting team pretty much in check, but settled for a split.

The P-Rays split, combined with Danville's 5-4 win at Elizabethton, drops Princeton seven full games out of first place with 17 to go.

Princeton and Kingsport play the third game of their four-game series tomorrow night, Monday 17 August.
